Discovery & Planning Call

Prior to your scheduled VIP Day or VIP Weekend we start with a 90 minute Complimentary Consultation session to assess 1) your goals, needs and desires, and 2) the mutual alignment to work together in a VIP Day or VIP Weekend.

If we both agree to proceed with your VIP Day or VIP Weekend Experience we will outline your specific developmental objectives and then co-design the optimal experience for you to focus on key themes and outcomes. Then after the final proposal is accepted we can proceed with financial arrangements, logistics, preparatory information and key elements to so that your VIP Weekend Experience is the most beneficial for you.

A VIP Day Coaching or VIP Weekend Retreat are specially designed to create a concentrated container allowing you to experience heightened clarity and accelerated transformation.

Design Your Experience

Most VIP Weekend Intensives are held in San Diego, California, but by special arrangement on our Discovery Call we can discuss the possibility of hosting it in your home city or another international location including additional expenses.

The standard package includes high quality accommodations, high quality meals and refreshments. Airfare and car rental are not included. However if airport transfer can be arranged and included if you choose not to rent a car.

VIP Weekend Intensives usually involve working with one person at a time, but if you would like to have your romantic partner involved to some degree in your VIP Weekend Experience, we can discuss that on the Discovery & Planning Call, as well.

A VIP Coaching Weekend is tailored for individuals who are seeking intensive coaching and accelerated transformation and are committed to deepening their personal, relational or professional development in a more potent yet still highly effective and sustainable way.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll have a specially designed arrangement of one-on-one developmental coaching sessions, healing modalities, assessments, experiential exercises, embodiment practices, etc. from Johnny’s wealth of formal and post-graduate training as well as experience from more than 10,000 hours of client coaching hours since 2010.

The VIP Weekend is usually held in a luxurious and comfortable hotel in San Diego, California, USA to an ideal environment for focused transformational work.  However, during your Discovery & Planning Call you may discuss hosting the VIP Weekend in a location near your home or a neutral international destination (with additional cost). 

The standard package typically includes all coaching sessions, materials, meals, accommodations and any additional planned activities during the weekend.   Due to variations resulting from customization, some processes and activities may vary from one person to the next.  However, this is discussed during the Discovery & Planning Call as well as agreed upon via follow-up correspondence before final agreements are made with the acceptance of the final proposal.

Yes, a schedule will be co-designed beginning with the Discovery & Planning Call and finalized with the final proposal.

Generally, the event is focused on individual transformation, however your VIP Day or VIP Weekend can also be done as a couple.  This can be discussed during the Discovery & Planning Call.

The application process is initially conducted in interview style and can be initiated by scheduling a Discovery & Planning Call.  This is an opportunity for both you and Johnny to identify developmental objectives and evaluate alignment in working together. 

You can be ready to discuss your goals and aspirations, as well as challenges and limitations.  Additionally, consider any specific questions you have about your development or future.   Some people bring a variety of these questions to the call, but invariably much more usually emerges through deeper exploration.
